Pebble Crushing Building Structure

The project undertaken by PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (AMMAN) is a large-scale and highly strategic development initiative. Following the successful completion of the Grinding Building structure fabrication, PT Sinergi Tunggal Abadi (PT STA)—under the main contractor PT IHI Power Service Indonesia (PT IPSI)—received strong recognition and appreciation for its quality of work, adherence to schedule, and compliance with safety and engineering standards.

As a result of this performance, PT STA has once again been entrusted with a new scope of work: the fabrication of the Pebble Crushing Building. This continued trust underscores the strong working relationship between AMMAN and PT STA, as well as PT STA’s growing role in supporting the development of critical infrastructure within AMMAN’s mining operations.

Steel Structure

The Pani Gold Project is recognized as one of Indonesia’s largest gold development initiatives. Strategically located in Gorontalo Province, Sulawesi, the project is planned to be developed in multiple phases to ensure sustainable and consistent growth. The initial phase will utilize heap leach processing to enable early-stage gold production. In later stages, the project will transition to a more advanced carbon-in-leach (CIL) processing method to enhance gold recovery and production efficiency.

PT Sinergi Tunggal Abadi (PT STA) has been awarded a contract by PT IHI Power Service Indonesia (PT IPSI) to fabricate the steel structures required for this major undertaking. This scope of work supports the project's ambitious target of producing up to 500,000 ounces of gold annually. PT STA’s involvement in the Pani Gold Project highlights its expanding role in delivering high-quality fabrication solutions for key mining and mineral processing developments across Indonesia.

Grinding Building Structure

PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (AMMAN), one of the largest copper and gold mining companies in Indonesia, has entered a new development stage with the commencement of Phase 8 mining operations at the Batu Hijau Mine, following the successful completion of Phase 7 in late 2024.

As part of the infrastructure development for this new phase, PT Sinergi Tunggal Abadi—a subsidiary of PT IHI Power Service Indonesia—has been awarded the contract to fabricate the Grinding Building structure. This project marks a significant collaboration in supporting AMMAN`s continued operational growth and commitment to modern, high-quality mining facilities.

Fabrication & Erection of Painting Shelter

To ensure the continuity of painting progress and mitigate delays caused by weather conditions—particularly during the rainy season—PT IHI Power Service Indonesia has taken proactive steps by constructing six painting shelters as a strategic solution. These shelters are designed to provide a controlled environment for painting activities, enabling operations to proceed without interruption due to adverse weather.

Once again, PT Sinergi Tunggal Abadi (PT STA) was entrusted with this important task, reinforcing its reputation as a reliable and capable partner. PT STA is responsible for both the fabrication and erection of all six painting shelters, ensuring they meet the required safety, quality, and functional standards to support uninterrupted project execution.

Data Center Steel Structure

In 2023, PT Sinergi Tunggal Abadi (PT STA) was entrusted with the site erection of steel structures for the Microsoft data center project, located in Cikarang, Indonesia, under the project name JKT-05.

The scope of work included the erection of approximately 970 tons of structural steel, which had been previously fabricated by IHI Power Service Indonesia. PT STA was selected to execute the erection phase due to its strong track record in handling complex and large-scale structural works with precision, efficiency, and strict safety compliance.

In recognition of its unwavering commitment to safety, PT STA was honored with a 10,000 Lost Time Injury (LTI)-free man-hours award by Leighton, the main contractor on the project. This milestone reflects the company`s dedication to implementing world-class safety standards across all its operations.

Participation in this high-profile global project reinforces PT STA`s position as a trusted partner in delivering advanced digital infrastructure and supporting the development of technology-driven facilities in Indonesia.

Fabrication of Piping & Erection of Dryer Room

Following the successful construction of a new Blasting Chamber Painting facility in 2023, PT IHI Power Service Indonesia continued its facility development initiatives by completing additional supporting equipment in the following year. One of the key supporting components is the Dryer Room, which plays a critical role in the blasting and painting process by ensuring controlled humidity and temperature conditions. Recognizing the proven capability and reliability of PT Sinergi Tunggal Abadi (PT STA) in previous projects, PT IHI Power Service Indonesia once again entrusted PT STA with the fabrication and erection of the Dryer Room. This scope of work also includes the installation of connecting piping systems between the Dryer Room and the existing Blasting Chamber Painting. PT STA’s involvement in this phase not only reinforces its role as a trusted engineering and fabrication partner, but also contributes to the continuous improvement of PT IHI Power Service Indonesia’s production efficiency and operational infrastructure.

Fabrication & Erection Stair Water Tank

PT Sinergi Tunggal Abadi (PT STA) has been entrusted by PT IHI Power Service Indonesia (PT IPSI) with a scope of work related to the improvement of kitchen facilities at the IPSI site. One of the key elements of this improvement project is the fabrication and erection of a stair access to the existing water tank located near the kitchen area.

This enhancement is part of a broader initiative to improve operational safety and accessibility. The addition of the stair structure is specifically designed to ensure safer and more efficient access for personnel conducting routine maintenance or inspections of the water tank. This improvement reflects IPSI’s and PT STA’s shared commitment to workplace safety, functionality, and the continuous upgrading of site infrastructure in support of operational excellence.
